In our continual effort to make your life easier, you can now create a plan for any product line at any and and have removed the following restrictions:
- You no longer have to copy an existing plan within an established product line.
- You no longer have to specify a start date for a plan.
Please note, if you do not set a start date, that plan will not appear on the roadmaps.
These rule changes will allow you to start creating plans and not put them directly on the roadmap. For example, you may have multiple different approaches for next years product line. You can put all of them as different plans, study them independently, and then approve one to move forward. This then can be placed on the roadmaps by adding a date.
