Our team has been hard at work enhancing the financial roadmap so you will be able to see the financial calculations roll-up at each category level.
How does it work?
When you go to the financial roadmap, you will see caret icons on the left of each category name.
These will let you collapse that category. When collapsed, it will show you the totals of all the baselines and projections found within that category. Please note, the projection calculations will use the same formula(s) that were entered in the financial settings.
In the above example, you can see the Consumer Drones category has been collapsed, and the totals for that category - baseline and total projections for all plans for all product lines within that category are visible.
Alternatively, the Elite Drones category is open, and the baseline and projections are displayed for each product line.
Roll-up to the Portfolio level
If you collapse the very top level "Portfolio", it will roll-up the entire portfolio and show you the totals.
Do I have to do anything to see this?
No. This is an enhancement for the current financial calculations. If you are currently not using any product line categories, then your only option will be to roll-up to the Portfolio level.
